It’s starting to get pretty hot these days so I’m all about keeping my oven off. That means dinners on the grill and desserts that require no baking, like these No-Bake Banana Split Bites. They’re healthy, filled with cashews, fruit and no refined sugar!

Thanks to Crunchies, freeze-dried fruit, these no-bake bites come together in a flash! Each bite has a touch of banana, strawberry and chocolate in it that is reminiscent of a classic banana split. These No-Bake Banana Split Bites are perfect for on the go snacking and they’re just the thing to satisfy your sweet tooth without derailing your healthy lifestyle.

I love Crunchies just by themselves but with so many different fruits to choose from, you can really get creative with them. Strawberries, bananas, mango, grapes, blueberries and even fruit combinations! There’s nothing added to Crunchies either. Just fruit that has been freeze-dried. That’s it.

I broke out the food processor (blender works too!) and simply pulsed together cashews, Crunchies and dates to make these easy No-Bake Banana Split Bites. It doesn’t get much easier than that, no does it? Give these a try for a healthy snack option!
