This cheesy sausage and broccoli strata is that kind of recipe. Prepared the day before, bread is tossed with savory sausage, sharp cheddar cheese and tender broccoli florets then all that gets to soak up an egg mixture overnight. The next morning simply preheat your oven and pop in your strata. Boom! Breakfast is served. While you and your family unwrap presents and try out your new goodies, breakfast makes itself. By the time you’re done checking out what Santa brought, your strata will be all ready.
