Happy Saturday! Hope you all had a fabulous week. I’ve been loving all the mild, warm, sunny days lately. We’ve found ourselves at the park and going for long walks. We got to visit our friend Katey, the horse.

Murphy has been loving the sunny days too. Now that he’s reached his first birthday I’m able to finally take him running with me. He’s been pooped! But he absolutely loves our runs. I thought he would take off the moment we began but he stays right at my side and only the occasional squirrel can distract him.

As the week wore on our sunny days faded to heavy rains which drove us inside. My elliptical became my “run” and I remember that I really don’t enjoy that ridiculous machine but in a pinch, it works.

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I’ve recently taken up yoga. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I was thrilled to find out that I absolutely love it! I took a few beginners courses and have now moved onto a more advanced class, even trying hot yoga this week. I leave each class feeling light, unburdened and stress free along with the sensation of having used every muscle in my body.

On a completely different note, do any of you watch Orphan Black? Ahhh!! When I saw previews last season it didn’t strike me as something I would like. It’s very sci-fi but after only a few minutes into the very first episode I was completely hooked. Season 2 has just started and it started out strong. If you’re looking for a new, addictive show. This is it.

Well, I hope you all have a fantastic weekend! As always, you’ll find a recap of what’s been going on around here.

Enjoy!

Ha! I am always on the go Suzanne 🙂 That’s for sure! And yes, visiting that horse is one of our favorite things to do. The girls love visiting her and the horse trots right over and opens up because she knows we never come empty handed.
