Strawberry Orange Blossom Cocktail -

With summer in full swing, it’s all about pool parties, beach days, barbecues. Family and friends gathering to enjoy the beautiful weather and good company. When it comes to these fun, festive occasions good food and drink are essential. Recently I received a few products from Nielsen-Massey to try. I already love their products so I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. They are the only extracts I use for my baking and desserts.

I’m always able to think of new ways to use their vanillas and extracts thanks to their helpful Uses & Pairings Guide. I began to think about how could I take these products beyond baking and desserts, really take things to the next level.  That’s where this Strawberry Orange Blossom Cocktail comes in! This beautiful fizzy fruity cocktail is perfect for sipping on the deck in these warm summer months.

Strawberry Orange Blossom Cocktail -

For this cocktail I used freshly squeezed orange juice and triple sec that’s mixed with strawberries muddled with Nielsen-Massey Orange Blossom Water and Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Powder. I love the beautiful vanilla notes the pure vanilla powder adds to this vibrant cocktail and how it dissolved perfectly making it ideal for using in beverages. The orange blossom water perfectly complements the fresh squeezed orange juice in this recipe, adding beautiful floral notes. Topped off with bubbly Prosecco, this is a refreshing summer cocktail for entertaining friends or just for sipping out on the deck on a warm summer night.

Yummm…sounds divine. I love their products too; my favorite is probably the Vanilla Bean Paste; I love using vanilla beans and it makes it SO easy!

The orange blossom cocktail looks so refreshing and that bright red/pink strawberry basil margarita definitely caught my eye! I love experimenting.
