When comes to simple treats, seven layer bars are just the thing to hit the spot! They’re easy to make and taste like a million bucks. For this seven layer bar recipe, I combined all the flavors of one of my other favorite treats. S’mores! Last week I shared my Lemon Lime Meringue S’mores with you. They’re a citrusy, tart spin on classic s’mores. For another new spin on s’mores, I’ve made them in bar form!

These seven layer s’mOreo bars are addictive little squares. An Oreo graham cracker crust cradles layers of melted chocolate, mini marshmallows, Oreo cookie and graham cracker pieces. A layer of sweetened condensed milk is poured over just before going into the oven and caramelizes as it bakes. What emerges from your oven is warm, chocolatey, marshmallowy goodness! These seven layer bars are absolutely irresistible. I used Birthday Cake Oreos but you can feel free to use whatever flavor you want. They take only a short time to assemble which makes them an easy treat to make for a barbecue or a weeknight dessert. You can read more about this 7 layer bars recipe over on Food Fanatic!
