Rosemary Roasted Garlic Bread

I have a love affair with the savory sweetness of roasted garlic. I love using it so many ways. I’ve even added it when I made Roasted Garlic Muffins with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Gouda. Holy cow, talk about savory muffin heaven!!  But one of my favorite things to add roasted garlic to is bread. It just adds so much flavor to a humble loaf. It was incredible added to my Roasted Garlic, Tomato and Basil Filled Pane Bianco. Garlic and herbs are natural partners so I knew this Rosemary Roasted Garlic Bread would be nothing short of perfection.

I roasted my garlic with some thyme which was amazing. That alone could have been spread on a naked loaf of bread and sent me into a food coma because clearly, I wouldn’t have been able to stop myself from eating it ALL! But I exercised self-control and saved it so that it could go inside this beautiful loaf of bread baked with rosemary and a touch of parmesan. This rosemary roasted garlic bread is crusty and golden outside while soft and tender inside with little flecks of fresh herbs and pieces of that intoxicating, fragrant roasted garlic. This is definitely a loaf of bread not to be missed.

Both rosemary and roasted garlic are such favorites of mine; I just know this bread must be DELISH!
