Roasted Cauliflower & Garlic Naan Pizza

Ah, pizza. Pizza has to be one of the world’s most perfect foods. Perfect because no matter how simple or gourmet you choose to go with ingredients pizza is still pretty darn easy to make. Perfect because whether you’re topping with red sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella or you choose to get fancy with meats, veggies and interesting cheeses it’s bread covered in awesomeness no matter how you slice it.

In this case, pizza gets even easier thanks to Stonefire Naan. Have you ever seen Stonefire Naan in the store? It’s funny. I’ve walked by it a bunch of times in the store, noticed it yet I never put it in my cart. Then one day in the mail came a box filled with Stonefire’s pizza crusts, pita bread and naan bread. I was so thrilled! One of the things I made with the contents of that wonderful box was naan pizza.

In this case, I used Stonefire Garlic Naan. This soft, flavorful bread was the perfect carrier for a smooth, creamy rosemary infused goat cheese sauce topped with fragrant rosemary roasted cauliflower and garlic. As the naan pizza bakes the naan gets crisp on the bottom and the smell of rosemary and garlic wafts through the air tantalizing you. I could hardly wait to try it. I snapped a few pictures for you then quickly dove in. I couldn’t help myself. It is absolutely irresistible!

This roasted cauliflower and garlic naan pizza is perfect for an easy dinner or perfect for cutting into pieces and serving as an appetizer at the big game. Pizza is definitely football food! Now on to some other fun stuff. Want to give Stonefire flatbreads a try for yourself? Trust me, you do! Today I have a giveaway for you and I’ll be choosing not one but two winners.
