Favorite snack EVER!! You guys, this is healthy pizza at its finest and I am head over heels for this simple Portobello Mushroom Pizza recipe. I have a very structured eating “routine.” I tend to eat small meal every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. That’s breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack then dinner. If I’ve been really good, sometimes there’s even dessert! When it comes to my snacks, I try to keep them in the 150 calorie range.

Portobello Mushroom Pizza - FoodBabbles.comThis hearty Portobello Mushroom Pizza comes in under 150 calories yet feels satisfying and definitely keeps me satiated until it’s lunch time. A large, meaty portobello mushroom is sprinkled with garlic powder and Italian seasoning then topped with marinara sauce, a small sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and then it’s whatever strikes your fancy! In this case, I topped this one diced zucchini, red onion and sun dried tomatoes. Not your cup of tea?
