Peppermint Bark Dip -

Sometimes you make something so addictively delicious you almost want to hoard the whole thing for yourself. This Peppermint Bark Dip recipe is most definitely one of those recipes. But THEN … then, that recipe is also so stupid easy to make. That’s when you realize, this is a holiday recipe win/win people.

Normally I’m all about making healthy recipes to fuel my body in a way that supports my fitness goals however, I also firmly believe in balance. And it’s the holidays! I gotta splurge a little and this dessert dip is well worth the indulgence. Besides, you’re probably about to have a bunch of candy canes left over from Christmas. Waste not, want not. Use ’em up in this recipe!

Peppermint Bark Dip -

This Peppermint Bark Dip recipe only takes about 10 minutes to prepare and is sure to please a crowd. Fluffy sweetened cream cheese, refreshing peppermint and mini chocolate chips come together in the most satisfying way. You’re not going to be able to stop digging in.

I used Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips but if you can’t find those, you can always sub in crushed candy canes or hard peppermint candies but I really love the baking chips in this recipe. Now grab some dippers and you’re good to go!

Graham crackers, pretzel sticks, Nilla wafers, chocolate chip cookies or Oooo! Milano cookies are killer with this dip. Really, your imagination is the limit here. No matter what you choose, the dip is sure to really be the star here.
