Pear Berry Yogurt Parfait -

It’s a fresh new year filled with endless possibilities. Did you make a resolution this year? I’m not big on resolutions. So many people make a resolution that in the new year they will be more healthy, exercise more and eat better food. I’m right there with you on those goals! I’ve always been a firm believer that life is all about balance. I exercise daily, I get lots of restful sleep and most of the time I eat clean.

Sure, I’m going to occasionally make (and then eat) a decadent chocolate cake. No, I will not eat all of it. But I will have a small portion of it and then I get right back on track. Food Babbles is filled with all sorts of tempting treats and feeds my love of baking and all things sugar but in real life, I eat super healthy. I try to make sure I share some of those healthier recipes here as well because like I said, life is all about balance.

Pear Berry Yogurt Parfait - FoodBabbles.comOne of our favorite things that helps my family strike that balance is Yoplait® yogurt. My girls and Mike absolutely love Yoplait® Greek 100 Whips while I really enjoy Yoplait® Greek or Greek 100. With so many different varieties and over 125 flavors, we never get bored. Yoplait® yogurt is definitely amazing all on its own but sometimes we like to get a little creative and take things up a notch. With a little imagination and all those amazing flavors, Yoplait® has countless ways to help you 1-Up Your Cup! Yoplait® yogurt helps us stay happy and healthy—without ever sacrificing the taste.

Pear Berry Yogurt Parfait - FoodBabbles.comSo the other day I was at Walmart and the girls of course, wanted to pick up some Yoplait® yogurt. We love that Walmart always has our favorite flavors! When we got home the girls had the idea to 1-Up Your Cup by making a hearty parfait that we could eat as a sweet treat after dinner. I love knowing that I can incorporate Yoplait® into this parfait recipe for a treat that won’t totally derail our efforts to stay on a healthy track.

As someone who eats healthy, I also feed my family that way. I try to make sure my kids are making healthy choices, even when it comes to dessert so I love that they helped me create this Pear Berry Yogurt Parfait that was just enough to satisfy our sweet tooth without overdoing it. This parfait recipe is filled with layers of delectable ingredients like Yoplait® Greek 100 Vanilla, crunchy granola and chopped fresh pears. Yet things feel just a little indulgent with the addition of a syrupy fresh blackberry raspberry compote.

Pear Berry Yogurt Parfait - FoodBabbles.comThis parfait was enjoyed by all and will definitely be happening in our kitchen again. Be sure to head over to Pinterest for even more inspiring ways you can 1 Up Your Cup with Yoplait at Walmart I’m always looking for new ways to up our Yoplait® so tell me, what’s your favorite way to 1‐Up Your Cup?
