Paleo Raspberry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Paleo Raspberry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream -

As we all know, it’s no secret at all that I have a pretty killer sweet tooth. For the most part I’m able to strike a healthy balance between eating healthy and indulgence. I also don’t like for my girls to over indulge and it’s pretty safe to say my sweet tooth is hereditary. So if I can offer my family a healthier sweet treat, that’s what I always try to do. This Paleo raspberry chocolate chip ice cream is just the think to quell our sweet cravings.

I often make triple berry chia pudding as an afternoon snack or after dinner treat for my family. It’s sweet yet definitely falls firmly into the healthy category! But sometimes we want a frozen treat and our desire for ice cream starts begging to be fulfilled. This dairy-free ice cream is filled with fresh raspberries and raw cacao nibs for a chocolatey touch. There’s no added sugar but plenty of sweetness thanks to those fresh raspberries and ripe bananas. You won’t even know it’s sugar free!

So happy to get this paleo ice cream recipe! I’m thinking of doing the paleo 30 day challenge and it’s good to know there are still ways to fulfill that sweet tooth!
