There’s just something about the combination of jalapeño peppers and cheese that I cannot resist. That was the inspiration behind this bread. Spicy, cheesy, just like jalapeño poppers. And bacon-y! Well, because … Bacon. How can you not add bacon?

Much like my need to shovel jalapeño poppers down my gullet, this bread instantaneously became an addictive appetizer. What’s even better is that it’s incredibly easy to make. A good crusty loaf of bread is transformed into tempting finger food that no one can resist by the addition of a peppers, bacon, and a whole lot of cheese. A quick trip into the oven and out emerges stringy, melty cheese covered bread that is a little spicy and irresistible.

Gorgeous bread, adding bread along with the peppers and then bacon, I think I want to eat a whole loaf.
