Today I’m ringing in the holidays with this Ginger Snap Cocktail. This drink is spiced, sassy and ready to party. If you love fresh ginger, this is about to be your new favorite holiday cocktail. Spiced rum, a splash of cinnamon whisky, ginger beer and a dash of cloves make a pretty amazing flavor. Rim your glass with crushed ginger snaps and it’s the perfect finishing touch. Spiced and sweet, this cocktail recipe has it all going on. This would be a great addition to any holiday party or perfect for sipping on a quite night in by the fireplace.

I like making biscotti at the holidays for family and friends.
Too many to choose just one!!!…covered pretzels, peanut blossom cookies, sweet chef mix, fudge, I could go on and on! 🙂
My favorite sweet treat is spritz cookies. I have a love-hate relationship with my spritz gun, however, so I only make them at this time of year.
I DO love ginger and your gorgeous cocktail sounds like a winner!
Thank you Liz! I adore ginger and this one is packed full of fresh ginger taste.
My favorite homemade Holiday treat to make is Red Velvet Cookies.
