With Thanksgiving right around the corner here in the states, many minds have turned to menu planning. I know our family is already thinking about what we’ll be making. Juicy, golden turkey with cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, veggies, the works!! But something not to be missed are these flaky buttermilk biscuits that will be gracing our holiday table. Layer upon buttery layer, these biscuits are just like the ones from the can but light years ahead in flavor.

The best part? They’re way easier to make thank you might think! Oh, and with all the decadence of the holidays it’s nice to know that these biscuits are a bit healthier than you might expect too but you wouldn’t know it by the taste. Bake up a batch and serve them warm from the oven. They’re perfect for dragging through gravy or just enjoying with a pat of melty butter.

And I don’t know about you but as much as I look forward to the big Thanksgiving meal, you know my favorite part is definitely dessert. I still don’t know what I’ll have up my sleeve for the big day but I’ve been on the lookout for inspiration everywhere. Looking for drool-worthy desserts that are sure to impress your guests? Have a look at this collection of Thanksgiving Desserts That You’ll Gobble Up!
