As a busy parent, I’m always looking for easy ways to get meals that my picky eaters will love on the table fast. This Apple Crumble Yogurt Parfait definitely fits the quick mealtime solution bill! Despite my best efforts to expose my kids to a variety of foods, they tend to still stick with a few staple items. One of those foods they’ll always inhale is yogurt. Thank goodness for yogurt! Breakfast, lunch or snack time becomes a breeze.

This simple yogurt parfait recipe is sure to please the tastebuds of your kids. Layers of vanilla yogurt, cinnamon apples and crushed Horizon Honey Snack Grahams, it’s perfection! The smooth yogurt with the tart apples and lightly sweet grahams make this yogurt parfait taste like eating apple pie. Apple pie that I don’t feel one bit guilty about giving my children and they absolutely loved it. Truth be told, this mom loved it too! This quick, easy recipe is sure to be requested over and over. Yield: 2 servings

Apple Crumble Yogurt Parfait

Smooth, creamy vanilla yogurt layered with cinnamon apples and crushed graham crackers, an easy meal or snack!


  • 1 cup low-fat organic vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup coarsely crushed Horizon Honey Snack Grahams
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. In a small bowl, toss together apples, lemon juice and cinnamon. Set aside.
  2. In a parfait dish or bowl, add 1/4 cup yogurt, top with 1/4 cup apples, 1/8 cup crushed grahams. Then layer another 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup apples and 1/8 cup crushed grahams. Repeat with second parfait dish or bowl.
