This is it folks! This is the easiest bread recipe EVER!! I know that’s a pretty bold statement but I feel pretty confident saying it loud and proud. Are you ready for this? This Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Bread has only three ingredients. Three! Want to hear something even better? This is also a one bowl recipe. Gotta love low-maintenance bread with quick, easy clean up. See? Easiest recipe ever!

But it gets even better!! I am really aware of my overuse of exclamation points in this post but I’m just that excited. Ready? This bread is actually made from ice cream. Ice cream IN bread! Sure, I’ve made ice cream inspired bread when I made that Rocky Road Bread but this time I cut right to the chase and plopped a pint right into the batter. Surprisingly, this is not a bread that’s overly sweet at all which was nice because it allowed me to add more cookies and what’s not to love about more cookies? Not a fan of cookies and cream? Oh, there are plenty of ice cream bread possibilities. Head on over to Food Fanatic and read more about this Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Bread Recipe!
